Leading real estate developer, Bloom Holding officially announced the launch of the Bloom Living Project’s third phase. It will offer a combination of two as well as three-bedroom townhouses. Furthermore, the development features an all-inclusive and fully integrated community in Abu Dhabi. 

The project’s third phase is also known as Casares. It comes right after the remarkable success of the initial first phase, Cordoba alongside Toledo, the second phase. Cordoba is on track for delivery by the fourth quarter of 2024. Thus far, the developer appointed Emirates Link Maltauro as its main contractor.

Meanwhile, Toledo is scheduled for delivery by the second quarter of 2025 while Casares is set for 2026. As for the 9 billion UAE dirhams’ second phase, Bloom Holding appointed Edrafor EMirates as its enabling works contractor. 

The Bloom Living Project Strives To Offer Unique Living Options

Interestingly, Bloom Living’s third phase is named after a village of artistic and historical significance in the Andalusia community in Spain. It will feature a Community Center with surrounding lush greenery alongside stunning landscaping.

Moreover, an official statement from Bloom Living said that residents will have access to a variety of available facilities. These include the community’s several interconnected parks as well as the main clubhouse. Additionally, residents will have access to pools and sports facilities in addition to a wellness centre. 

While commenting on the project, the CEO of Bloom Holding said that the development strives to become a highly sought-after lifestyle destination. In total, it spans an area of 2.2 million square meters and it will offer well over 4,500 homes.

Carlos Wakim further said that the project incorporates and offers functional layouts, attractive living options, and impressive community offerings. Alongside the Bloom Living Project’s third phase, the CEO said that the company has more residential projects in the pipeline for launch in 2023.

Bloom Living is an all-inclusive gated community coming up on a 2.2 million square meters site. The site is located near Zayed City and Abu Dhabi International Airport in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

The iconic gated community features 4,000+ homes, including a selection of villas, townhouses, and apartments. Its architecture is inspired by the rustic vibe of the Mediterranean and seamlessly fuses traditional Spanish design with contemporary finishings.

Cordoba, First Phase of Bloom Living in Abu Dhabi Sells Out

Bloom Holding, a group of companies dedicated to developing sustainable and integrated urban communities in UAE has announced that the first phase (Cordoba) of their Bloom Living project has sold out within just four hours of release in the market.

Valued at about $2.5 billion, this phase named after the Andalusian city features over 4,000 two-and three-bedroom Spanish-styled-like townhouses, apartments, and villas all of which surround a large lake. 

It is scheduled for completion by the fourth quarter of 2024 while a second phase of the bloom-living gated community will be delivered right before the end of the year.

The first contractor for the Bloom Living project appointed

The first contractor for the Bloom Living Project which was launched approximately five months ago has been appointed. The project’s developer, Bloom Holding, appointed Edrafor Emirates LLC as its first contractor.

Edrafor will be responsible for enabling works for the integrated residential community. The enabling works are expected to commence in September of this year. This data will be just before the launch of the community’s second phase. This will therefore be a major milestone in Bloom Living’s development.

“Toledo” 2nd phase of Bloom Living Project in Abu Dhabi, launched

The second phase of the Bloom Living Project, dubbed “The Toledo”  has officially been launched. The project’s name draws inspiration from the ancient Spanish city, ‘Toledo’. Its launch comes right after the success of the first phase, Cordoba.

This phase offers two-bedroom as well as three-bedroom townhouses. The units will range in size from 120 meters squared well up to 171 meters squared. Furthermore, there will be an array of three-bedroom as well as five-bedroom detached villas. Similarly, the villas will range in size from 254 meters squared to 428 meters squared.

The main contractor appointed for the Cordoba Bloom Living community in Abu Dhabi

The main contractor has been appointed for the implementation of the 1st phase of the Cordoba Bloom Living community in Abu Dhabi. The contractor, Emirates Link Maltauro, was appointed by the leading Real Estate developer, Bloom Holding.

The project’s official appointment of the main contractor solidifies Bloom Holding’s efforts to carefully select the right and ideal, partners. Carlos noted that having Emirate Link Maltauro on board guarantees the best-in-class quality as well as finishing.

According to the General Manager of Emirates Link Maltauro, Mohamad Sleiman, the win highlights the company’s core competency and strength within the industry. Emirates Link Maltauro will be responsible for phase one (Cordoba) of the residential community which is due for completion by the fourth quarter of 2024.
