Construction on the Cipriani Residences Miami tower has reached a major milestone, with work surpassing the halfway point at 44 stories. The 80-story development, located in Miami’s Brickell district, will rise to nearly 1,000 feet when completed in 2028, positioning it among the tallest buildings in the area. The project joins the much smaller Domus Brickell Center that is also being built in the same district and which broke ground last month.

The project is the first ground-up residential development by the Cipriani brand in the Americas and is being developed by Mast Capital. According to Mast Capital CEO and Founder Camilo Miguel Jr., the tower’s steady progress highlights the team’s focus on timely delivery and design quality.

“With the completion of the 37th floor, we are celebrating the progress of redefining high-rise residential living in Miami,” Miguel said.

Construction Progress and Engineering

The tower’s structural core is advancing at a pace of approximately one floor every three working days, making it one of the fastest vertical construction schedules in Miami. The project uses a self-climbing slip form system, a hydraulic technology that enables the concrete core to rise independently without relying on cranes. This method improves both construction speed and precision while maintaining safety standards.

Features and Amenities

Cipriani Residences Miami will feature 397 units, ranging from one to four bedrooms, with interiors designed by 1508 London. The upper 18 floors will house The Canaletto Collection, which includes six penthouses and 74 luxury homes.

Planned shared facilities include:

  • A private residents’ lounge and speakeasy

  • Restaurant and in-home dining service

  • Resort-style pool deck

  • Spa with treatment rooms and sauna

  • Pickleball court, golf simulator, and screening room

Urban Context

Located in one of Miami’s most rapidly developing districts, the project reflects a broader trend of high-rise urban density in response to limited land availability and increasing property values. Mast Capital’s vertical development strategy aims to maximize space while contributing to Brickell’s growing skyline.
