Property Markets Group (PMG), in partnership with Lion Development Group and LNDMRK Development, has officially broken ground on One West Twelve Residences (ONE W12) — a 23-story, 245-foot-tall residential development in the heart of Miami’s Historic Overtown.
Designed by CUBE 3, the project will deliver 372 residences blending contemporary luxury with the area’s cultural and architectural heritage. John Moriarty & Associates serves as the general contractor, with completion anticipated in 2028.

A Landmark Groundbreaking
Under clear Miami skies, developers, architects, and community leaders gathered on October 1 to celebrate the groundbreaking. Golden shovels marked the moment as construction equipment stood ready to begin site work, framed by the skyline view of PMG’s nearby E11EVEN Residences Beyond and E11EVEN Hotel & Residences towers.
