A Cyprus Construction Software Company recently raised a sum of $1.25 million in investments from Luxembourg-based company Lvl Group SARL. The company is called buildbuild and it specializes in the development of software used to manage construction projects and increase the efficiency of the construction process. The funds have been allocated for marketing and product development.
The Construction Software Company was founded in 2021 by Marko Mihić Jeftić. The company is working on building a platform that allows construction companies to have a more efficient construction experience. It assists all forms of construction ranging from commercial building, road construction to residential housing and beyond.
The software is created to complement small and medium size construction companies to assist them in being able to compete with larger construction companies in the industry. The software also allows for profit maximization, providing detailed information in real-time to the user. The software is said to be simple and easy to integrate and implement into your construction line, they label this as their “clear advantage” over other market products.

The Founder’s Back Story
Marko Mihić Jeftić studied architecture at the university and was impressed by the tech students who had an entrepreneurial essence and were changing the world with their innovative ideas. He began to think slightly outside the traditional architectural box and began to brainstorm ways he could bring innovative forward thinking to his field. He realized that the methods within the construction management space was very traditional and hadn’t changed in several years. He decided to take a step in a different direction and created a product that gives construction a fresher, newer more efficient approach. He started buildbuild and when testing the product with his first clients he realized that the quality of the construction grew tremendously, as well as increasing the workers’ wages.
The construction software is now being tested in India, Great Britain, UAE, Malaysia, Serbia, South Africa and in the founder’s home of Cyprus. It will be interesting to follow the progress of this software to monitor whether it will transform the construction industry, “changing the world” as the founder originally hoped.
