Dubai’s South Bay construction work commencement was announced by Dubai South Properties CEO, Nabil Al Kindi earlier in the week. The CEO expressed his delight in the start of the construction project. He added that since its launch, buyers have shown much interest in the project leading to the complete sell-out of the first three phases. He said that such motives are what encourage the company to launch additional phases so as to meet the growing demands of their customers. The CEO also said that their aim is to build properties in Dubai’s South Bay that are equipped with modern amenities and being committed to deliver premium developments that surpass the customers’ expectations.
Located at the heart of Dubai’s South Residential District alongside the Expo road, South Bay will be home to over 800 spacious townhouses and villas, a one-kilometer lagoon, over 200 luxurious waterfront mansions, state-of-the-art fitness center, more than 3km of a waterfront promenade with cafes, multiple beaches, and even a clubhouse. The project also aims to include lush parks, , water parks, a shopping mall, a lake park, swimming pools, and even private beaches as part of the amenities available for their customers. Dubai’s South Bay Third Phase is Slated for Completion in 2026 as Other Phases are in Prospect
Dubai’s South properties announced that the third phase of Dubai’s South Bay is slated for completion by the end of the third quarter of 2026. The company also said that with the surging interest of buyers in overwhelming numbers, the company is working on hastening the construction phases so as to enable for the launch of other phases in the future. The third phase will feature 213 units comprising 40 three-bedroom villas, and 88 four-bedroom villas.
