Situated on Midway Road to the north of LBJ Freeway, this project is slated to transform a site currently occupied by industrial building within a commercial district that traces its origins back to the 1970s.
The Fairfield Midway Apartments in Farmers Branch will encompass an amenity center and leasing office on the ground floor. The blueprint also features a rooftop terrace planned atop the parking garage. Additionally, two courtyards and two dog parks are slated to be part of this comprehensive project, as outlined in city filings. As per documents submitted for planning approval, the development is on track to open its doors in the early months of 2026. CNK Architects, based in Bedford, is taking charge of designing the project, which received the green light from Farmers Branch earlier this year.
