A brand new Business Hotel Project deal has been signed in Dehradun by Leisure Hotels Group (LHG), an experiential luxury resort chain in North India.Â
The 60-keys hotel aims to offer the business traveller a myriad of facilities. These include a serene rooftop bar that offers spectacular views of the Mussoorie Hills, as well as a refreshing swimming pool and versatile restaurant.
The Leisure Business Hotel in Dehradun will be strategically located right along Rajpur Road. This location is approximately 35 kilometres away from the Jolly Grant Airport.
While speaking about the project, the Director of Leisure Hotels revealed that the development marks the company’s twentieth venture within the state. Moreover, Mukund Prasad further added that the hotel development project will work in collaboration with Auradoon Resorts.

By 2024, the project aims to complete all construction works and open its doors. An official statement further noted that it aims to offer an exquisite experience, that blends comfort with the region’s beauty. Furthermore, the boutique business Hotel’s location is 5 kilometres from the railway station, offering hassle-free convenience.
As a whole, the project’s region is known for its educational institutions and military academy. Moreover, Dehradun is also known for its research academies, offering easy access to both tourist and spiritual havens. These include but are not limited to Rishikesh, Poonta Sahib, and Haridwar.Â
For the last three decades, Leisure Hotels Group stands as one of the largest hotel chains, operating in Uttarakhand. By the end of 2022, the luxury resort chain launched a boutique property in Naukuchiatal.
Upon completion of the Business Hotel Project In Dehradun, the brand revealed plans for further expansion. Thus, it targets to expand to Goa, Corbett Park, and Jaipur. Mukund Prasad further noted that over the next couple of years, the brand strives to grow pan-India.Â
