The implementation of Luxe Developers’ Oceano Project in the UAE has begun. Leading real estate firm, Luxe Developers, made the announcement of the multi-million project that will feature a twin-tower waterfront residential community in Ras Al Khaimah, on Al Marjan Island.
In total, the $408.40 million development boasts a built-up area of 70,000 square meters. Furthermore, the 18-storey building features 206 units that include penthouses, apartments as well as sky villas.
The residential development’s interiors have been designed by US Hospitality design firm, Hirsch Bedner Associates. The world’s largest hospitality design firm is noted to have placed a focus on eloquent marble finishes alongside unique touches within each of the luxury home residencies.
Meanwhile, Diwan Architects + Engineers is the project’s architect. The firm is responsible for the brilliant incorporation of free-flowing glass facades and minimalist frames that feature throughout the project.
Additionally, the leading firm carried out streamlined framing, thus each floor can rotate on different planes. As a result, residents will experience unparalleled panoramic views, especially of the Arabian Gulf.

In addition to private swimming pools, the project’s units will offer access to indoor entertainment areas. According to an official statement from the developer, the waterfront development strives to offer amenities that are similar to the facilities of luxury five-star hotels.
Therefore it will feature an infinity-edge swimming pool that connects the two towers. Alongside, a luxurious spa, a library, a modern gymnasium, and a yoga room. Additionally, it will include a driver’s lounge and a children’s play area.
Taking it a step further, the Luxe Developers’ Oceano Project in the UAE will include a retail section featuring 12 retail units. As a result, residents will also have access to the finest and best entertainment, hospitality as well as food and beverage services.
While commenting on the project’s progress, the Co-Owner of Luxe Developers said that it aims to affirm the company’s philosophy and goal of creating luxurious spaces that elevate the human and residential living experience.
