Spanish architect, Ricardo Bofill Taller de Arquitectura has been selected as the preferred consultant for the Utamo project. The project is one that was recently launched as an exquisite entertainment destination. The project site is located in the Gulf of Aqaba. The Utamo project will provide space for events and exhibitions. It will also encompass the space to provide tourists with a sense of art and a place to explore artistic materials. Utamo is the latest addition to the projects in the Gulf of Aqaba region. The other projects include Epicon, Siranna, and Leyja development also set to commence soon.
The Utamo project coincides with its integration with the other projects unveiled in the Gulf of Aqaba. In November, Neom unveiled Siranna which will be a 65-key hotel, the project will also feature 35 residences to host tourists. The overall infrastructure design and architectural consultancy are being provided by Australian Woods Bagot and Singapore’s Meinhardt Group respectively. The announcement followed the launch of Epicon Towers, a masterpiece tower in Araba. The scope of the Epicon Towers entails the construction of Twin Towers. The scope also entails the height of the towers being 275 meters and 225 meters in height. Furthermore, it is expected to have 14 residential suites and apartments.
