Ladun Investment wins construction works for Riyadh Tower project Under the agreement, Built Industrial will be responsible forĀ the Saudi Tower’s construction, architecture, electrical, sewage and plumbing work, Ladun said in his filing in Tadawul.
Saudi Arabia-based Ladun Investment Company announced that one of its subsidiaries, Built Industrial Company, had received an order worth SR 57.47 million (US$15.3 million) from General Office Statistics (GASTAT) for the provision of essential services to the Riyadh Tower.

Under the agreement, Built Industrial will be responsible forĀ the construction, architecture, electrical, plumbing and plumbing work for the Saudi Tower, Ladun said in his filing in Tadawul. ProjectĀ willĀ haveĀ aĀ positiveĀ impactĀ on Ladun’s incomeĀ statementĀ inĀ 2023 andĀ earlyĀ 2024,Ā heĀ added.
This iconic tower, over 400 meters tall, is set in beautifully landscaped gardens with spectacular water features and includes office space and a conference and business centre. A medium sized commercial complex adjacent to the tower offers a main store, luxury retail units and a food court, above which are a further four floors of high quality VIP office space offering independent and exclusive workspaces. The entire project extends over two floors of an underground car park.
A contemporary circular mosque with a pointed minaret takes pride of place in the mall; offers two levels of prayer for shoppers, employees and other visitors.
The tower, curved to one side, is anchored by two sturdy legs that reach skyward on the right and disappear into a single point.

This unique dynamic shape makes it instantly recognizable. The office area rises above the 50m high atrium and offers a spectacular space for meetings, gatherings and exhibitions. The new tower will offer local and international companies modern and flexibleĀ office space. Two outdoor cable cars take visitors to the panorama restaurant at the top of the tower.
