In total, Samana’s California project spans 254,000 square feet. It boasts 178 apartments that comprise 60 studios accompanied with private pools. The development’s strategic location at Discovery Gardens offers convenient access to reputed healthcare facilities, landmarks, and schools. In addition to 76 one-bedroom units that also include private pools. Alongside 32 two-bedroom apartments and 10 two-bedroom duplex homes. Its amenities include an indoor and outdoor gym, rooftop tennis padel court as well as a jogging track. According to official reports, the development targets for handover by December 2025.
