The construction of a new prominent residential property dubbed Berton at Al Furjan Community in Dubai is reportedly nearing completion. This was revealed by the developer of the project, Azizi Developments.
Particularly work on the Berton at Al Furjan Community is 98% complete overall. All structural, elevator, façade as well as internal plastering works have been completed. All blockwork and tiling have also been completed. Currently, the swimming pool, HVAC, external as well as MEP works stand at 99% completion.
According to the developer, work is progressing as planned and should be fully complete by the second quarter of the year.
Start of the project and team behind it
The implementation of the project began in 2017, approximately 6 years. Prestige Construction has been carrying out the development’s main building works. Its foundation work was executed by Al Zahraa Foundation Contractors while 360 Degrees Architectural Design Consultancy was the project design consultant.

While commenting on the development’s progress, the CEO of Azizi applauded the diligent work of the project’s contractors. Farhad Azizi especially highlighted the contractor’s quality of materials and workmanship as superb.
Overview of The Berton at Al Furjan Community in Dubai
The development sits on plot AFC016 located in the region’s most sought-after locations. It features 245 units including 100 studio apartments, 21 one and two-bedroom apartments and 16 exquisite penthouses.
Furthermore, the eight-storey residential building will include amenities such as a gym, and swimming pool as well as views of the park. The 2 basement levels at The Berton at Al Furjan Community will be dedicated to parking.
