The Saral Satya Legacy has officially been launched by the Dharampal Satyapal Group (DS Group), a multi-business corporation. The firm also doubling up as an FMCG conglomerate, launched the active senior living project on a rental model. 

As a whole, the development strives to redefine senior living, with its fully furnished homes, in India. Official statements noted that its design thoughtfully incorporates a diverse range of well-planned facilities. Senior citizens aged 55+ years will receive service from the facility.

The project’s design precisely targets to take care of the psychological, emotional, and physical needs of its residents. The Vice Chairman of DS Group stated that the project aims to serve as an all-inclusive community. Additionally. Rajiv said that the facility strives to give back to society, by honoring family traditions of caring for the elderly. 

The Senior Living residential project’s location is right within Knowledge Park 5 in Greater Noida. According to a press release statement, it will provide laundry services, housekeeping as well as multi-point security. Additionally, the facility will offer residents nutritious meals that have been prepared under strict hygienic conditions.

The Saral Satya Legacy Project’s Total Land Area

The Saral Satya Legacy’s total land area spans over 12 acres with three residential blocks. Alongside one recreational block that includes an extraordinaire club featuring modern amenities. Quite impressively, the development also includes a 12,000+ square meter club with a sauna & steam room as well as a swimming pool. Furthermore, the project will host a fully functional salon, all within a lush green garden area.
