Al Habtoor Tower, reportedly the world’s largest residential development has been launched in Dubai. The development was launched by the leading conglomerate within the UAE, Al Habtoor Group.
It aims to redefine urban living with world-class amenities. These include an indoor and outdoor relaxation space, multiple fitness and gym facilities as well as a library. In addition, there are infinity pools with 270-degree views of the Dubai skyline, luxury spa and sauna facilities. Furthermore, there are networking rooms, and resident cafes and restaurants.
Taking it a step further, the multi-billion development will also include 18 high-speed elevators. Moreover, the 82-storey development will also offer a spectacular 360° of the Dubai skyline.
In regards to structural design, an official statement said that the tower will be meticulously crafted with precision. With a complete schedule of 36 months, its construction will pay close attention to detail in order to offer an extraordinary lifestyle. As a whole, the Al Habtoor Tower Project strives to combine higher levels of privacy, convenience, and luxury.

Right along Sheikh Zayed Road, the multi-use development includes a rare collection of ultra-luxury hotels. Furthermore, it features residential towers as well as a boulevard. In total, its built-up area is said to be about 3.5 million square feet, alongside, a tennis academy, and 27 restaurants.
Its construction will make great and efficient use of cutting-edge construction technologies, that are, especially environmentally friendly. Funding Chairman Khalaf Ahmad Al Habtoor said that the tower follows a structural system that features in Dubai for the very first time.
In May 2023, the China Railway 18th Bureau Group received the appointment as the development’s main contractor. Meanwhile, Bauer served as the project’s piling contractor. The company acknowledged its use of specialist machines such as the Bauer MC96 BC40 Cutter for the construction of barrette foundation elements to depths that are greater than 90m.
