The construction of Al Naseem Community Center has begun according to the leading real estate development company, Diyar Al Muharraq. In a nutshell, the multipurpose facility in Bahrain will cater to the residents of the area through the provision of entertainment and sports amenities.

With a design that follows contemporary architectural trends, the Al Naseem Community Center will provide commercial and service facilities. Taking it a step further, it will also feature a multipurpose venue, alongside indoor and outdoor play areas for children.

Moreover, the centre will include a cafe with a view of the main canal as well as an open padel court on the rooftop.

An overview of the Al Naseem Community Center 

Mohamed Salahuddin Consulting Engineering Bureau will serve as the project’s main consultant. Meanwhile, Hisham Abdelrahman Jaafar (HAJ) Construction received an appointment as construction manager. Horizon Interiors will oversee the centre’s interior design while Ahmed Omer Trading & COntracting will be the primary contractor. 

The community centre aims for completion by the first quarter of 2024. While reflecting upon the project, the Chief Executive Officer of Diyar Al Muharraq revealed that it will feature four retail units. In addition to housing office spaces for the Al Naseem project’s management team.

Ahmed Ali al ammadi further said that the multipurpose venue targets to provide residents with a fully integrated experience. Moreover, the project remains keen on ensuring the highest standard of living. More especially through providing an environment that leads to a more healthier and active lifestyle. As a result, it will also offer gyms for both women and men.

As a region, Diyar Al Muharraq spans seven artificial islands that belong to the Muharraq Governorate. Quite impressively, the islands have been designed into being a self-contained city with both residential and commercial facilities. Furthermore, it stands as the largest integrated city in Bahrain.
