A new fit-out contractor for the Da Vinci Tower in Business Bay, Dubai, has been appointed. According to Dar Global, the awarding process followed a rigorous selection process. At last, the real estate developer awarded the contract to the global contractor Shapoorji Pallonji Mideast.
The fit-ut works strive to ensure that every aspect of the tower meets the highest standards of sophistication and luxury. These include the tower’s fixtures, interiors, finishes, and fittings.
While commenting on the award the CEO of Dar Global said that the project fully commits to upholding the highest standards of excellence. Ziad El Chaar further expressed delight over working with Shapoorji Pallonji Mideast.
The CEO noted that the global contractor is an ideal partner for the project due to their proven track record. Especially, when it comes to delivering projects to the same level of high quality.

Features of the Da Vinci Tower in Business Bay
The tower boasts 80 exclusive apartments including high-end one and two-bedroom units. In addition to three-bedroom units and a penthouse. Moreover, the tower is perched atop the Dubai Canal, thus each home’s design features breathtaking views of Dubai’s skyline.
Additionally, the Da Vinci Tower in Business Bay features a children’s play area, gym, private garage, and infinity pool. As a whole, the $218 million development incorporates avant-garde design with the aim of redefining the concept of luxury living in Dubai.
By December 2025, the project aims to have been completed.
Da Vinci Tower in Business Bay is part of Dar Global’s portfolio of luxury residential projects.
