Officially, the Market Island Project in Dubai is reported to preparing for its launch and unveiling.
Quite impressively, the food court will span an area of 70,0000 feet square at the Dubai Festival City Mall. As a result, it is said to become the biggest food court across the Middle East. The food hall’s location will be at the mall’s north end, on the ground floor. It is a collaborative project between the Russian real estate company, Zemskiy Group and Dubai.
As a whole, the project will be Zemskiy’s first venture in the UAE. The commercial real estate developer boasts a portfolio of about 150 projects implemented and 8 years of experience. Moreover, Zemskiy Group has been involved in over 1 million meters squared of design work and is currently, present in 16 cities.

While commenting on the project, the General Manager of Al-Futtaim Mall said that it will serve as a unique and exquisite destination that combines the experience of entertainment and food.
Furthermore, Hayssam Hajjar added that the project strives to offer a diverse selection of culinary concepts. Its total area will be able to accommodate well up to 3,500 seats. Additionally, it will feature 53 restaurants as well as food outlets. These will include outlets such as Japanese Venue Ryba Family, as well as Kristoff Coffee and Kitchen.
Taking it a step further, the Market Island’s development will be built to function as a leisure and tourism destination. Therefore, it will also offer live DJ sets by regional artists, alongside live entertainment shows.
Hayssam Hajjar further noted that the Market Island Project In Dubai aligns with Al-Futtaim Mall’s commitment to delivering exceptional F&B and entertainment. Moreover, the project strives to deliver a cutting-edge venue that merges the world of entertainment and food, seamlessly.
