A project for the construction of a luxury living concept dubbed DG1 at Dubai’s Business Bay has been launched. The project was launched by Dar Global, a leading, privately-owned professional services group with a diverse history and a global presence.
In total, the 20-story tower features 221 units. These include one, two, and three-bedroom apartments that aim to cater to an array of diverse living preferences. Alongside unrivaled architecture, each unit will also include a private balcony offering uninterrupted views. These views include the Burj Khalifa as well as the Dubai Canal.
The DG1 at Dubai’s Business Bay includes top-notch amenities such as a yoga studio, as well as a state-of-the-art gym. In addition, it features a multi-purpose room, and lavish outdoor facilities such as a barbeque area and a swimming pool, alongside a children’s play area.

About the DG1 at Dubai’s Business Bay’s design, implementation, and completion
While commenting on the project, the CEO of Dar Global said that it is a representation of the company’s vision of luxury living. Ziad El Chaar further noted that the project combines remarkable craftsmanship, sophisticated design as well as luxurious finishes.
The development was designed by a world-renowned architecture, design, and planning firm, Gensler Architects. The company boasts a connection of over 7,000 professionals globally. Moreover, Gensler Architects have been able to create striking architectural sculptures for people to live in.
This is an indication that the tower’s development is literally in good hands, with completion set for 2026.
