The Upper House Project at Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT) in Dubai has officially begun, with completion set for early 2026.Â
The development boasts a total construction value of AED 715 million. Furthermore, it is said to significantly contribute to JLT’s increasing allure as a vibrant hub. Especially, for hospitality, leisure as well as residential living.Â
As a whole, the project is a result of collaboration between leading design-led developer, Ellington Properties, and DMCC, a free zone alongside the Dubai Government Authority for commodities trade.
The Upper House Project’s groundbreaking ceremony was held by the two entities for the upcoming multi-family residential development.Â

In total, the residential project will feature 754 units, that include stylish and, unique studios. In addition to one, two, and three-bedroom apartments. All residential units will offer spectacular views of the Dubai Marina as well as of the Jumeirah Islands.
Moreover, the Upper House Project at Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT) in Dubai will feature an interactive fitness studio, yoga studio, climbing wall, and a sky spa. Alongside a residential clubhouse, podcast room, and a movie theatre that all residents will have access to. Additionally, it will include a 37-meter horizon pool, basketball court as well as a padel court.Â

While commenting on the project, the Co-Founder of Ellington Properties expressed excitement and enthusiasm toward its significant milestone. Furthermore, Joseph Thomas said that the partnership with DMCC will ensure the project’s delivery achieves the highest of standards.
On the other hand, the Chief Executive Officer of DMCC acknowledged Eliignton Properties’ unique signature design and quality amenities. Ahmed Bin Sulayem further highlighted that JLT will continue to always maintain its reputation as a world-class community.
