A new luxury marina destination dubbed Nakheel Marinas Dubai Islands has been launched at Dubai Islands. The development was launched by Dubai property developer, Nakheel.
According to the developer, the marina strives to be the go-to lifestyle destination, especially for boating enthusiasts. Moreover, the newly launched marina aims to become the ultimate destination, more especially for superyachts.
Nakheel Marinas Dubai Islands will thus feature space for 248 wet berths for vessels that are up to 47 meters in length, in addition to 13 superyachts. Furthermore, the development boasts the capacity to also accommodate 40 dry berths for trailers that stretch up to 20 meters in length.

Right within a prime location, the project offers a variety of exceptional top-notch amenities as well as services. These include complimentary club car transfer, and laundrette, alongside washrooms and showers. In addition to Free Wifi, 24/7 dock assistance, waste collection, pump-out services as well as, and car parking.
For maximum and enhanced security for boaters and their vessels, the marina will also include 24/7 CCTV surveillance and gated access. Additionally, it will offer convenient access to an extensive network of marinas.
As an added bonus, Members of Nakheel Marinas will receive easy entry into the open sea. Furthermore, the project’s developer revealed that members who lease spaces for a period of up to one year will be awarded six months off new annual berthing contracts for yachts. Meanwhile, for private boats such as fishing boats, mini cruisers, and day boats, members will receive three months off new annual berthing contracts. The offer will remain valid up to 30 September 2023.
Interestingly, the recently-opened Dubai Islands Beach is within close walking distance from the marina. As a result, visitors and boaters will also have the opportunity to experience a jam-packed day of activities. These include beach football, and beach volleyball within a serene and ambient environment.
