Cityview, a Los Angeles-based developer, and Stockbridge, an investment group, have begun work on, Apollo, a 265-unit multifamily property in the city’s South Bay. Cityview’s next multifamily project, a transit-oriented development in Gardena, is set to open in 2025. The apartment complex will have a mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom units. It is located in a high-growth neighbourhood of the South Bay. This is close to major tech, automotive and aerospace businesses such as SpaceX.
The 265 units are outfitted with stainless steel appliances, quartz worktops, luxury vinyl plank flooring, smart thermostats, keyless entry, and smart home systems. Additionally, they will have complete fibre optic internet and Wi-Fi. The biggest digital display screen in the South Bay, a collaboration with the city, will be located on the building’s side. It will broadcast a mix of advertisements and community programmes to the neighbourhood.
The 12888 Crenshaw Blvd. building is built around three beautiful outdoor courtyards, as well as facilities including a “resort-style” pool and spa deck. Furthermore, a coworking space, community room, commercial-grade kitchen, and fitness centre. A 3D printer and a podcast room are among the technological perks available to inhabitants.
Features at The Apollo multifamily project
Each courtyard has an entertainment room, a pool table, Korean BBQ grills, and fire pits. Additionally, lounge chairs, gathering tables, and dining places. Apollo, being a transit-oriented development, will have safe bike lockers and storage. It will also have a transit kiosk with information on the train and bus schedules for residents. There will be a walk/bike route right behind the neighbourhood.
Apollo is five miles from over 260,000 areas of employment and two blocks from the Metro Green Line. Additionally, it is close to LAX, SoFi Stadium, and food and entertainment options.
