A luxury, dual tower development dubbed E11EVEN Residences Beyond has broken ground in Miami, Florida. Recently Developers PMG and E11EVEN Partners announced the new project, which will be part of the E11EVEN Hotel & Residences Miami development. Additionally, the development partners also recently secured a $262 construction financing loan for the project.
Madison Realty Capital provided the loan for E11EVEN Residences Beyond and Jones Lang LaSalle served as broker for the transaction. This dual-tower project situated at 90 NE 11th St. in Miami’s District 11, has already generated buzz in the community. Mostly due to its sales records and offering of a distinctive living experience to buyers.

PMG’s M.D., Andrew Warman said his company was thrilled to have reached an important milestone for E11EVEN Residences Beyond. Warman was grateful for Madison Realty’s support and he said they would work together with their partners to build the project. He also said it’s a great time to be in Miami’s burgeoning District 11. Especially since the region is currently experiencing strong sales.
Development plans for the E11EVEN Residences Beyond project
According to the developers, E11EVEN Residences Beyond and E11EVEN Hotel & Residences Miami will offer a resort-style and entertainment-driven destination. Therefore the dual-tower development will be the first of its kind in the Southeastern United States. Both towers feature a mix of floor plans, which include studios, two bedrooms, and exclusive presidential and penthouse suites. Each unit boasts integrated “smart building” features, Subzero and Wolf appliances, custom ITALKRAFT Italian cabinetry, premium finishes, and curated furnishings.
Renowned architect Sieger Suarez will design the impressive 65-story E11EVEN Residences Beyond towers. While AvroKO, an award-winning design firm, will handle the interiors. The development team will include E11EVEN Partners Marc Roberts, Michael Simkins, and Dennis DeGori. PMG partners Kevin Maloney, Ryan Shear, and Dan Kaplan are also involved in the project’s development.
Riviera Dining Group’s Chopra Spa & Studio, and five-star restaurant collection will be available at E11EVEN Residences Beyond and E11EVEN Hotel & Residences. Additionally, the project also offers a range of amenities such as a casino-style sports lounge, med spa, rooftop pool and bar. On the 11th floor, there will be an E11EVEN day club and pool.
Other amenities featured on the property include an upscale lounge and a private membership club on the tower’s rooftop. There will also be a second-floor restaurant with a ground-floor escalator entrance for direct access.
