Recently, the ground breaking ceremony for FarmWORK One, a class A office building took place in Allen, Texas. However, this office building is only part of the initial phase of a 135 acre mixed use project dubbed The Farm in Allen. JaRyCo, a local developer is in charge of the project

FrameWORK One will be the first office building within the upcoming master planned mixed use project in Allen. The developer is building the office at the intersection between Tollway and Alma Drive, just at the southeastern corner. Therefore, its location will be proximal to The Farm’s Central District, and The Hub, which opened last year. Additionally, the building would also expose its occupants to a walkable environment surrounded by various dining, retail and entertainment venues. The newly opened West Lake Park will be an easy one-block walk away from the office building as well. This recreational facility features natural prairie vegetation around a 1.5-acre lake.
