The Lydian, a 22-story, 279-unit apartment building at 513 S. Damen in the Illinois Medical District, about two miles west of the Chicago Loop, has been finished and will soon be officially opened, according to Marquette Companies.

The building is the second to be built by Marquette Companies in a three-phase development, which is an important milestone in the neighbourhood’s revitalization. Further, the third phase’s plans have not yet been fully developed.
