A groundbreaking ceremony has been held for the construction of Modera Pomona in Los Angeles. This was announced by Mill Creek Residential. The contemporary apartment community is located on the southeast corner of N. Towne Avenue and E. Bonilla Avenue in Pomona.

It will offer 210 apartment homes including studio, one, and two-bedroom houses. The apartment will have a superior package of facilities. These will include a resort-style swimming pool, a rooftop deck with a fire pit, and grilling areas. Moreover, there will be a hot tub, spa, landscaped courtyards, resident clubhouse, game room, Ping-Pong table, and Bocce ball court.

Furthermore, Modera Pomona in Los Angeles has a conference room, coworking spaces, and a club-quality fitness center with cardio equipment. A TRX system and a yoga/Pilates studio are just a few of the community amenities that will be available.
