The Estate Companies has received the green light for their ambitious project, Soleste La Piazza in Hollywood, a captivating 23-story apartment tower set to redefine the landscape of the city. This significant milestone comes following the company’s strategic acquisition of a prime property from the city, marking another milestone in their commitment to revitalizing the downtown Hollywood area.

On September 12, the city’s Planning and Development Board enthusiastically approved Soleste La Piazza at 1845 Hollywood Blvd. This development reflects The Estate Cos.‘s dedication to breathing new life into South Florida’s heart. They started by securing a long-term ground lease for the property. Then, they offered to buy the 1.01-acre site from the Hollywood Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA).

The Estate Cos., through their affiliate 1845 Young Circle Holding LLC, purchased the property from the city for $1.5 million in July. The current mixed-use building, with 21 residential units and some ground-floor commercial space, will be demolished for Soleste La Piazza project.
