U.S. Development has plans of building a luxury, boutique condominium project dubbed Salato Residences in Pompano Beach, Florida. The developer is confident about the project’s success in Florida. Especially since the state’s already extensive condo market has seen a rise in activity following the pandemic.
U.S. Development’s CEO, John Farina, said the design of the Salato Residences will offer future residents the ultimate intimate living experience. However, he said the property will still provide all the amenities you would find at much larger condo projects. The residencies will have a starting price of about $2 million.

Salato Residences will be developed at 305 Briny Avenue off South Ocean Boulevard, which is about a hundred feet from the oceanfront. According to Farina, the project’s location is just a few steps from the Pompano Pier with direct beach access. He mentioned that the beach has a unique vibe which is quite attractive to Canadian buyers and investors. But it’s also a choice location that is still on par with more popular cities like Fort Lauderdale and Miami.
Design plans for the Salato Residences in Florida
Salato Residences will be a 10-story building featuring 40 units along with six penthouses. All condos have been designed with three-bedroom floor plans ranging from 2,106 to 3,354 square feet. The condos will also contain three bathrooms and one-half bathroom. Additionally, residents will have access to on-site services on the property such as beach and pool attendants, and valet parking. What’s more 24-hour concierge services will be provided by five-star trained concierge partners who are members of Les Clefs d’ Or.
The interiors for Salato Residences will feature large walk-in closets, 10 feet high windows, along with washers and dryers ensuite. Furthermore, common area amenities featured at the residences will include an ocean-view swimming pool and spa with dry saunas. The property will also make provisions for an event room, a lounge suite, and a fitness center.
The project team for Salato Residences includes Randall Stofft Architects and Steven G, serving as an interior designer. The developers expect to break ground on the project later this year, with the delivery date set for 2025.
