Construction on the US$188 million renovation of The Venetian Resort is set to begin in 2024. The project will revolve around the convention and meeting facilities. It is part of a larger US$1 billion capital investment project. It is set to be completed sometime in 2026. The 2.25 million-square-foot Venetian Convention and Expo will have new lounge spaces, a new colour palette and state-of-the-art technology. Woogmaster Studio is leading the Venetian Resort’s overhaul.

To merge classic architecture with contemporary design features, the resort’s updated interior will be studded with a cream, white, and platinum colour palette, caramel upholstery, and blue demark carpeting. Furthermore,  silhouetted Murano glass chandeliers and bronze sconces. Additionally, updated lighting, audio-visual improvements, integrated digital displays, and new technologies will complement the updated furnishings and beautiful artwork throughout the property.

Elevated lounge-style rooms for executives will be added as well. According to resort authorities, this includes a new 10,000-square-foot speakeasy-style club. Fitted with rich woods, marble, velvets, and mirrors, they give a “romantic, layered, and modern take on 1930s Venetian design.”

The Venetian Resort Las Vegas features all-suite accommodations across The Venetian and The Palazzo. The resort offers premium amenities, including 7,000 guest suites; more than 30 award-winning, chef-driven dining concepts;. Additionally, a Canyon Ranch spa + fitness; a five-acre pool and garden deck inspired by the Italian Riviera. This includes a TAO Beach Dayclub; two casinos and a poker room; Voltaire, a new destination nightlife venue; TAO Nightclub and the Grand Canal Shoppes.
