Ciel Tower is one of the architectural marvels that will soon adorn the skyline of Dubai- a city famous for its towering skyscrapers. Once delivered in the first half of 2024, Ciel Tower shall be the tallest hotel in the world with an architectural height of 360+ meters and consisting of 82 floors.

The architectural work of the Ciel Tower has been designed by the NORR Group, and is expected to capture the elegance of today’s high rise structures. The tower itself will be stylish and contemporary with 1,042 guestrooms, including 150 suites and exceptional services and features. A special emphasis is the sky terrace, which is planned to be situated on the 81st floor with a bar and an infinity pool that will allow viewing the panoramas of the Dubai Marina, the Arabian Gulf, and the Palm Jumeirah. The architectural design also includes a 300-meter-high inner court with the landscape terraces vertically organized to ensure ventilation and to accommodate communal zones. Project overview

The construction of Ciel Tower has been going on though there are difficulties due to the Covid-19 pandemic across the world. The main structure of the building is almost finished at 99% while the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) works are at 80%. Façade bracket works are completed up to 72nd floor level and Curtain Wall work is up to 70th floor level. Also the tiling work is in progress and is 66% complete, and the work on the wall partitions and plastering is 97% complete. The construction team has also advanced in other aspects of the interior design of the tower. The conveyance system installation is 53% completed, and the fixation of steel trusses in the atrium is fully done. These advancement keep the project on track for the 2024 opening of the facility.

With Ciel Tower on the way, luxury hospitality in Dubai will feel renewed. In addition, apart from the sky terrace alone, the hotel will feature various eating joints, a fitness center, a spa facility, and business centers.
