The Gran Meliá Hotel construction team
The Gran Meliá Hotel construction team includes the recently appointed Dutco Construction who will be the main contractor for the hotel. The lead consultant and project architect is MOMA. The architectural team worked to ensure that all guest balconies are facing the sea. Inspiration for the hotel was drawn from the ‘elegant contours of an oyster shell’. In addition, interior designs have been led by Lagranja Studio. ASB Hospitality has appointed Carter Hones Associates for their consultancy services. The experts who have worked on several projects in the region will provide project and cost services. The project is expected to be completed by 2026 with the grand opening in the fourth quarter of that year.
