The smart city project called “Banan City” which is undertaken by Talaat Moustafa Group in cooperation with the National Housing Company (NHC) begins it’s construction in northeast Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

This urban project worth 40 billion Saudi Arabian Riyals (about 12 billion US Dollars) covers a land area of 10 million square meters and is planed for habitation of about one hundred and twenty thousand inhabitants.
