The 8th annual Totally Concrete Expo which will feature exciting exhibitions and robust workshops from leading construction industry brands is scheduled for 23-25th August at the Ticketpro Dome in Northgate. The hybrid event with both a live and digital element will offer built environment professionals a one-stop-shop to identify viable project tenders and the materials needed to complete the work on budget and on time.

The event will also offer the widest networking opportunities in the construction industry on the continent. Attendees include: Architects, concrete technologists, interior designers, distributors, retailers, real estate owners, contractors, engineers, quantity surveyors and other construction industry stakeholders. According to Event Director, Tracy-Lee Behr, the event is a significant contributor to the economic growth, recovery and transformation of Southern Africa’s construction industry and places a special focus on buyer-and-seller engagements.

“To excel in a changing industry, you need the latest trends, the soundest best practices and a crystal-clear picture of where the industry is headed,” she said. The expo will also showcase manufacturers, transporters and processors of concrete on the continent, offering them a platform to access South Africa and Africa’s most influential project owners.

It will take place alongside the African Construction Expo, African Smart Cities Summit and WoodEX for Africa, the only events on the continent dedicated to the concrete and cement industries. “Attendees can look forward to a three-day event with more international exhibitors showcasing their latest products and solutions,” she added.
