The uniqueness of these structures is that they are set to be linked across the top by a daring “sky pool.” The soaring 43-foot infinity pool will not be accessible to the public or most of the residents in the towers. The pool is part of what its architects describe as an exclusive “ultra-penthouse.” Moreover, the new Regent Residences Dubai is expected to comprise 63 luxury residents and is set for completion in 2027. The 35,000-square-foot penthouse features six bedrooms, a gym, and a private elevator. The other apartments entailed in the project will all measure upwards of 6,500 square feet, occupying an entire floor each.

The Uniqueness of the $1 Billion Dubai Skyscrapers

The $1 billion Dubai skyscrapers are positioned to offer views of the marina and the Burj Khalifa, world’s tallest building. Moreover, advertised as the jewel in Dubai’s crown, the luxury development will feature 10 floating homes. Residents will also enjoy access to tennis and padel courts, outdoor lounges, and even a virtual golf simulator. The two towers are not identical though they share “same design language,” according to Foster + Partners. The firm’s studio head Gerard Evenden said the project’s “dynamic twisting form and articulated facade” will make it “a distinctive new addition” to Dubai.
