Jaw Crusher can process various ores with the compressive strength less than 320MPa to medium grain size all at once. This product extrudes, twists, and crushes materials in the crushing cavity by using reciprocating motion of two jaw plates, including motive jaw and fixed jaw, so as to reach the crushing purpose.
In recent years, in order to satisfy demands for crushing mines with high strength and high hardness in metallurgy, mines and buildings, etc., a powerful jaw crusher has been developed specially.

Working Principles
This product regards a motor as power, drives an eccentric shaft by using a triangle belt and sheave through motor pulley, makes motive jaw conduct reciprocating motion as desired trajectory, crushes materials in the crushing cavity composed by fixed jaw, sewing jaw and side fender, and discharges finished product materials from the bottom discharge gate.
