Published 7 July 2023: Mia Rose Holdings LLC has closed on the land acquisition and loan for The Junction at Shiloh, a 177-unit luxury multifamily community in Fayetteville, Arkansas. The developer plans to break ground this year, with the delivery expected in 2024.
Public documents show that Southern Bank funded the development with $24.2 million. According to Washington County documents, the developer spent almost $1 million to purchase the property. The MEP engineering services are provided by Engenuity Inc., and the civil engineering services are provided by Crafton Tull. Rosemann & Associates is the principal architect. The MEP contractor is Kimbel Mechanical, while Oelke Construction is in charge of site work. Further, Asset Living will run the community once completed.

The Junction at Shiloh will consist of four buildings with floorplans that range from 628 to 1,291 square feet for studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments. Washing machines and dryers, stainless steel appliances, energy-efficient mechanical and electrical systems, premium lighting, and high-end plumbing fixtures are all expected to be included in the units. Additionally, a swimming pool, a fitness centre, a business centre, coworking spaces, green meeting spots, and expert landscaping are among the common area amenities.
On Interstate 49, the property is situated on North Shiloh Drive near the Stephen Carr Memorial Boulevard exit. The community will be built in close proximity to a number of restaurants, shopping malls, and open areas. Within 3.5 miles of the location are the VA Medical Centre and the University of Arkansas.
The Junction at Shiloh is the fifth community in Mia Rose Holdings’ “49 Growth Plan.” To help the region’s expansion, the business intends to build about 1,000 multifamily housing units. A 226-unit luxury development in Rogers, Arkansas, called The Junction of Scottsdale has also recently begun construction thanks to Mia Rose Holdings.
