To meet the critical deadline of the 2030 FIFA World Cup, the project utilizes a modular, component-based construction system, with main structural works, led by a joint venture of SGTM and TGCC, scheduled for completion by January 2029. This timeline ensures the hub will be fully operational to handle an initial surge of 20 million passengers annually before the tournament begins.
