What is Veev Technology

Veev’s technology-driven approach to classic homebuilding difficulties focuses on simplifying design, material selection, modular prefabrication, and technological processes in order to construct homes up to four times faster than the industry standard. Veev creates entire wall systems that integrate plumbing, electrical, and technological components that can be swiftly erected on-site by small crews. Veev also incorporates technology throughout the home as part of the construction process, resulting in a totally digital home from the start. ENX provides hands-on mentorship and assistance from Lennar’s senior management team, as well as a major opportunity to bring goods and technologies to Lennar customers, allowing portfolio firms to develop at an unparalleled rate.

“As Lennar investigates intriguing new technologies and methods to house construction, Veev’s integrated solution allows homebuyers to take advantage of cutting-edge features and design. We are pleased to partner on this initial community and in the years to come as we embrace sustainable, high-quality, and cost-effective alternatives to traditional building “Eric Feder, President of LENX, stated. “Collaboration with Lennar to create these new houses demonstrates our ability to scale our technology and production to suit the demands of big national homebuilders. We are excited to share our panelized approach to design and construction with Lennar homebuyers as soon as possible,” Veev co-founder and CEO Amit Haller remarked.
