Sheffield planners have commended approval of Godwin developments project meridian, a 23-storey Sheffield rental flats scheme with 336 build-to-rent apartment project in Sheffield city. Godwin Developments is the developer behind the 23-storey building project which will be referred as The Meridian. The building will consist of co-working spaces, residents’ lounge and gym, and also a landscaped roof garden. The construction are going to be found out at a prominently located 1.1-acre brownfield site at Farm Road corner and Queens Road, which has been vacant for many years.
