An overview of the Golf Resort project
Aida Resort is set to be developed on a total area of 3.5 million square meters located right next to Muscat on a hillside that is adjacent to the Sea of Oman in the Yiti area.
The resort aims to offer residents as well as visitors, a place of wonder, serenity, and exploration. It will therefore integrate world-class hospitality and luxury living to the highest of standards.
It will feature two hotels that will include a total number of 450 rooms. Additionally, Aida Resort will have approximately 3,500 homes. The homes will feature unique hanging suites, that are considered to be Aida’s ‘hidden pearl’. The hanging suites will include a private pool.
