CP Capital has partnered with ZOM Living to develop a 359-unit multifamily community dubbed Azola Avery Centre in Round Rock, Austin. According to CP Capital’s V.P of Investment, John Begley, the project’s location would be quite favorable for future tenants. Especially since Round Rock city has been rated as one of the fastest growing cities in the U.S.
Begley said Azola Avery Centre will not only provide high quality living for residents but also offers+ access to world-class employers. Additionally, he said the apartment community will be within a master-planned community that features a strong public school system.
Azola Avery Centre will be developed as part of a 1,200-acre, master-planned community known as Avery Centre in Round Rock. Presently, the 1,200-acre property is home to major institutions such as the Texas State University Round Rock. Other renowned facilities on the property include Texas A&M University Health Science Center, and Ascension Seton Williamson Hospital.
The developers intend to break ground on the project by January 2023, with its delivery date set for 2025. However, the first units at Azola Avery Centre will be ready for occupancy by the second quarter of 2024. Rampart was selected as the general contractor, while Pape-Dawson Engineers will serve as the civil engineer. After the project reaches completion in 2025, ZRS will handle the property management.
Development plans for the Azola Avery Centre
Azola Avery apartment will have the design of a three-story garden-style complex with a ground-up, surface-parked lot. The 359 unit community will feature a mix of studio, one, two, and three bedroom apartments with Class-A interior finishes. Additionally, the apartment offers a vast clubhouse complete with a game room, working space and a resident lounge. Residents will have access to a kitchen, top-notch fitness center, and pet spa.
The Azola Avery Centre will also provide shared amenities such as a resort-style swimming pool and deck with cabanas. What’s more the apartment will feature outdoor amenities like a yoga lawn, dog park, onsite pocket parks and tuck under garages
