Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Nevada Properties is constructing a new class-A office in Las Vegas. The HomeServices of America, Inc. fully owned subsidiary is growing its business throughout Southern Nevada.

The company formally broke ground on its two-story office facility next to Town Center Drive and Summerlin Parkway. It is expected to be finished at the start of the third quarter of 2023. The office is situated at 1490 Center Crossing Road. It is close to the renowned TPC Summerlin and Las Vegas Golf Courses.

Additionally, it is close to the Summerlin Hospital and Medical Center, and Downtown Summerlin. Summerlin is a densely inhabited and quickly growing master-planned city in Las Vegas.

Development and features of the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Las Vegas office

SHEQ Properties has successfully created about 1,000,000 square feet of office space. The company is in charge of the project’s construction and development.

When finished, the office will include approximately 30,000 square feet of coworking space. Furthermore, it will provide the firm’s real estate sales executives with a collaborative setting to drive business development, forge partnerships with clients, and bring together separate teams.

There are now five additional offices run by Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Nevada Properties in Las Vegas, including ones in Sun City, Summerlin, Southwest, Sahara, and St. Rose.
