Casa Del Sole, Dubai’s only double signature villa has officially been launched. The development was launched by Alpago Properties, a fully owned subsidiary of Alpago Group and a leading high-end real estate developer.
The development will come up on Frond G of the iconic Palm Jumeirah, known as the Billionaires’ Row of the Middle East. Upon completion, Casa Del Sole will become the biggest and most expensive luxury property. This will not only be on Palm Jumeirah’s Billionaire’s Row but in the entire Dubai real estate market.
The project is due for completion by the first quarter of 2023.
Features and amenities of the Casa Del Sole
The project’s developer describes it as a modern masterpiece as well as a true architectural wonder. The property has been built on approximately 25,000 square feet piece of land. It has a total of four levels including the basement, ground, first, and second floors. It, therefore, offers panoramic views across the picturesque Atlantis.

The Casa Del Sole villa will feature a total number of eight bedrooms. It will also include a cinema as well as a bowling alley. Moreover, it will include a wide array of bespoke features with many high-specification materials. The materials have reportedly been sourced from quarries within South-East Asia alongside Europe.
The Group Founder of Apago Properties spoke about the project. Murat Ayyildiz said that the project is an accurate representation of their continuing commitment to the development of ultra-luxurious properties. Moreover, the project is a true work of art.
In conclusion, the Group Manager said that Casa is a modern-day palace that includes favorable amenities. These include an infinity pool, a jacuzzi, a high-end sauna as well as a lounge terrace. The firm also said that they aim to make Casa Del Sole the biggest signature villa within their collection. The collection features six elite properties within the Palm Jumeirah.
