Construction teams broke ground on a multi-family residential development called Alta Avondale in Arizona. The 360 premium apartment houses in the new neighborhood, which will have studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans, have already begun construction thanks to Wood Partners.

The planned opening date for this community is early 2024. This new multi-family community will be conveniently located in one of Avondale’s most popular live-work-play neighborhoods, The BLVD. City leaders are searching for methods to enhance market volume. Additionally, they aim to keep up with the high demand that has driven prices higher. This is because real estate prices in the Valley have fluctuated throughout the year along with interest rates.
