The “momentous” wellness-themed real estate project known as The Broadway has been completed. This is according to London-based super-prime property developer Northacre Properties.
Broadway is one of Westminster’s largest excellent residential sites in Central London. It is located on a 75,000-square-foot plot of property that was once the Metropolitan Police headquarters. However, it was purchased by Northacre owner Shuaa Capital in 2016 for £370 million.
The project’s architects were Squire and Partners, while Multiplex served as its primary contractor. The Broadway’s six aesthetically pleasing towers offer 355,000 square feet of upscale living space. This include 16,000 square feet of amenities for health and wellbeing and a total of 258 apartments.
Along with residential, the Broadway residential towers offer 27,000 square feet of retail space and 116,000 square feet of commercial space.

Remarks on the Broadway development in London
Completing the project on time is a monumental milestone according to Jassim Alseddiqi. Alseddiqi is the managing director of Shuaa Capital and chairman of Northacre Properties. He said that in addition, the development finishes off an outstanding building programme.
Orchard Place is the only part of the project that has not yet been fully realized. Northacre describes the place as a “dynamic new public thoroughfare, that wants to be the wellness capital of London.” The Westminster Abbey orchards previously occupied Orchard Place. Thus, two manicured fourth-floor gardens and plants at street level are intended to honour this verdant past.
“We seek to bring together the community together with a myriad of uses. This will ensure a vibrant and exciting location with people at its heart,” said Walid El-Hindi, chief executive of real estate at Shuaa Capital and group chief executive of Northacre. “I am much excited about the future of this location. We are excited to announce our anchor tenants in the coming months. Thus, they will be instrumental in developing a wellness destination unlike anything London has ever seen.”
