Balfour Beatty has been awarded the tender to construct Fife College new campus in Dunfermline, Scotland. Preliminary work is about to start out in September on the 58-acre site. The Scottish Government agreed in September 2019 to issue £90m in capital funding for the project, and therefore the procurement process started early this year.
