The actual construction works for the W Residences Dubai, have officially begun according to Dar Al Arkan Real Estate, a Saudi Arabian property development company, approximately 90 days after it was launched in February this year.
With Stromek Emirates Foundations, one of the leading specialized contractors in the mechanical foundations for the construction industry with more than 500 successfully completed projects as the contractor, the works have begun with the excavation, shoring, and piling works.
The Architect of Records for the project is BHNS Engineering Consultants and they will supervise the construction works which are expected to be completed by December 2025.
Remarks on the W Residences Dubai Project
The Vice-Chairman of Dar Al Arkan Properties, Ziad El Chaar stated that the W Residences Dubai project the residential units of which are just a few minutes away from establishments like The Dubai Mall, the Dubai International Financial Center (DIFC) as well as Dubai International Airport, is their third residential project within the Downtown Dubai area. The other project according to the Saudi Arabian property development company includes the Davinci Tower with Interiors by Pagani and Urban Oasis with Interiors by Missoni.

The W Residences Project’s developer revealed that the units for the $272.25 million development are already sold out and it will be the first mark of standalone residences in the whole world that is under the W Hotel brand. Ziad El Chaar further expressed that the location for the project is a fulfilling and unique setting for owning a W branded home.
Dar Al Arkan has worked with global brands such as Versace, Saab, Pagani, Missoni, and Roberto Cavalli. He further explained that their extensive experience with delivering co-branded homes with the aforementioned global brands places the company in a position to always bring forth the most desirable and best residential spaces for customers.
