The primary contractor for the implementation of Tellon Capital’s 40 Broadway project in Westminster has been selected. The contractor in question is Henry Construction Projects, selected by Tellon Capital, the project developer.

The Tellon Capital’s 40 Broadway project in Westminster is located across from St. James’s Park tube station. Previously, the site included an office building from the 1960s at 40/48 Broadway with a big parking lot. It also had a warehouse-style structure from the 1920s at 1/11 Carteret Street. Moreover, it included another office building from the 1980s at 13/15 Carteret Street.

Reportedly, the old buildings are almost completely gone thanks to the demolition company Erith. The contractor is therefore expected to begin work next month. In 2018, Tellon received approval for rehabilitation that will result in the construction of an eight-story distinctive office building. The building will roughly have 135,000 square feet of custom office space.

The 40 Broadway project plan features a number of terraces with views of St. James’s Park at varying levels.
