Contracts have been signed for the construction and management of UC Development projects in NAC. The first contract was signed with Amac Construction and Archrete Engineering Consultancy. This contract covers the construction of both Uni Tower 1 and Uni Tower 2 in the Downtown area of the NAC.

In addition, the company signed a contract to manage, run, and maintain the East Tower project in the Central Business District at the NAC. This contract was signed with Meadis, led by Wael Shawkat, and Namaa BFM.

Sameh Awad said that the company signed these agreements following thorough research to select the best successful partners. Awad is the CEO of UC Developments. He stated that the research was also meant to ensure they hire the top consultants and executive firms in the Egyptian market.

Overview of the UC Development projects in NAC

Awad revealed during a news conference that Uni Tower 1 and Uni Tower 2 have a combined built-up area of 11,000 sqm. The company decided to combine the two projects as one with the same engineering design. The towers will include commercial, administrative, and medical units as well as serviced apartments.

According to Awad, each tower has 11 floors so that they may complement one another within the project’s central plaza. The open plaza measures more than 2,000 sqm and has a dancing fountain. The company’s flagship East Tower, on the other hand, is one of the most significant developments in NAC’s CBD. The tower is reportedly distinguished by its design.

According to Awad, UC is ready to launch its fourth project in the final quarter of this year. He also added that the project’s location and all of its other details will soon be made public.
