Real estate developer, Dar Al Arkan has officially announced that the topping out of the US$ 218 million Urban Oasis Residential Tower in Dubai, that it is developing in conjunction with Missoni, has been completed.
The milestone achieved for the completion of the structural part of the complex was marked through celebration by the chairman of Dar Al Arkan, Yousef Al Shelash. The chairman visited the site of the project and took part in the topping-out ceremony.
Features of the Urban Oasis Residential Tower
Located right next to the Dubai Water Canal, the 34 storeys, which features a mic of luxury units is not only the first project in the UAE but also the region’s first-ever bespoke Missoni-inspired space.

The living spaces are revealed, through a statement, to being designed by the fashion brand’s MissioniHome line. The line is specifically dedicated to the designing of décor, furnishings, and interiors. The available units are high-end one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom apartments and penthouses that are four-bedroom.

The Urban Oasis Residential Tower is within proximity to the top attractions present in downtown Dubai. These top attractions include but are not limited to The Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. The homes that are a part of the project feature and offer uninterrupted and exceptional views of the Dubai Water Canal, which results in the tower being considered a true urban oasis that is present within the buzzing city.
Thus far, the tower has reached an 80% sold rate to a diverse range of investors and homeowners from all around the world, representing well over 45 nationalities.
