The View Real Estate, a leading real estate investment company in Egypt has launched its EPIC residential complex project in Sheikh Zayed, October 6 City, with a total investment of more than US$ 63M.
The project, which is part of the company’s expansion plans in the North African country according to the company’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Adel Galal, will be executed over an area of 15 acres in Zayed City on the Cairo-Alexandria Road.
Project Overview
The EPIC Residential Complex Project encompasses all types of luxury residential units including standalone villas, town, and twin houses. All units will range from 200 to 400 square meters.

Mr. Galal explained that the project will be carried out on 20% of buildings and 80% green spaces. A green area of 500 square meters will be developed for each independent villa, in addition to sidewalks, cycle lanes, children’s playground, artificial lakes, cameras, and sports hall.
Furthermore a shopping center, an entertainment and service area will be developed in a unique location within the project, on the ground floor and the first floor to be precise.
The project will be implemented in two phases starting from the end of this year, for a period of approximately 3 years.
Unit Payment Options
According to View Real Estate CEO, the company offers a variety of payment options to suit the purchasing power of the target customers, with advances starting from 0% and facilities up to 10 years.
